Our production facility is located in Shenzhen, China. There, we have a modern machine park with 485 CNC machines, including 25 five-axis machines, and an experienced team of over 1,200 employees across an area of ​​60,000 square meters to ensure the highest quality and efficiency.

Protecting your intellectual property is our top priority. We sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) upon request and have strict internal policies for handling confidential client information.

We offer flexible payment terms tailored to our customers' needs. We generally accept advance payment or partial payments for larger projects. All payments are made to a German bank account of HONPE ProtoTec GmbH.

Our experienced engineering team offers comprehensive support during product development. We advise you on material selection, manufacturing techniques, and design optimizations to improve manufacturability and cost efficiency.

We're flexible and can produce both one-off pieces and small batches. There's no minimum order quantity. We adapt to the requirements of your project.

If required, special materials can be provided, or we can advise you on the required properties.

The upholstery shop offers the opportunity for professional processing of leather and textiles, for example for the implementation of vehicle seats.

PMMA is polished by hand.

Ra 0.04 - Ra 0.08

• PMMA clear, maximum 190 mm
• PMMA milky, 80 mm
• PMMA black, 60 mm

Transparent, black, white, milky (diffuse) for CNC machining.

PC will be reconditioned by steam polishing.

Ra 0.06 - Ra 1.0

The PC blocks are available in a thickness of 150 mm.

• Standard: R 0.15 mm
• Minimum: R 0.1 mm (depending on the component)

Any colors can be displayed, e.g. blue, red and also diffuse colors.

We have facilities for applying UV coatings.

With CNC machining, we can create VDI surfaces after high-gloss polishing by painting.

With injection molding tools, the structures are already incorporated into the molds.

We can directly use the following data formats: Catia, NX, STEP, IGES, PRT, SLDPRT, DXF, and DWG.

We can convert other data formats so they are usable for production.
